Fifty TRACCS Practitioners From 11 Countries

 

Fifty TRACCS practioners from 14 offices in 13 MENA region countries attended the TRACCS 3rd Annual Client Servicing Training Session at The Palace hotel in the Burj Dubai district of Dubai in May. Practioners from Algeria, Tunis, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria attended a two-day intensive, which comprised a series of interactive panels covering a range of issues and practice areas.

In his opening remarks CEO Mohamed Al Ayed announced that members of the TRACCS network had reached 240 operating in 15 markets, making TRACCS the largest public relations company with the widest reach in the MENA region.

UAE Regional Director Majdi Al Ayed, who organized the training this year said,"This year we launched a much more interactive format than in previous years. We set up a series of panels with some of our senior practitioners who shared their experiences with the group and invited a vigorous discussion on specific practices and a number of key issues we face as professionals."

An additional feature of the training experience was talk by celebrated Al Arabiya anchor Rima Maktabi and a panel discussion from the client side, with top executives from Beiersdorf, Dubai Shopping Festival Office and Showtime sharing insights into the client-agency relationship.
