Across the Middle East and North Africa we have found that many organizations and even governments are operating without adequate preparation for crises. A crisis is an occurance or development that can seriously damage the reputation of an individual, organization or country. The prevailing belief is that the majority of business crises are sudden and unexpected, the result of accidents, catastrophes or violence, whereas in fact, the majority of crises are known by management before they reach the public and, in many cases, could be prevented altogether or contained quickly. Clear awareness, thorough preparation and quick response can reduce or eliminate altogether the impact of crises. Trans-Arabian Creative has handled crises for a wide-range of regional and multinational organizations throughout the region.
We have developed a comprehensive set of tools to assist our clients in preparing for, preventing and responding to crisis situations. With each major organization, we establish a set of emergency protocols in consultation with management and health and safety officials. We create a detailed crisis manual and compose crisis scenarios to help our clients understand the process required to address a specific crisis event. We hold crisis workshops for management, legal advisors and safety officials and we form a Rapid Response Action Team (REACT) to respond to and deploy counter-measures in the event that a serious crisis breaks. Stakeholder mapping is an important part of this process and we design each crisis program according to an organization's key stakeholder groups. TRACCS has created crisis programs for industrial organizations, CSDs, chemical companies, mixed-use real estate companies, banks, tourism organizations and airlines, among others. With over a decade of experience in the field, we bring world-leading capabilities to crisis communications.
