In 2009 TRACCS launched a media hotline to provide round-the-clock information for media on behalf of its clients The Media Hotline has received phenomenal response from the media who see at as a great value addition not only for clients but even for themselves, considering the tight deadlines that they constantly have to operate under The Hotline was reviewed and put to the test by industry magazine “MediaWeek” which gave it a 9/10 and said: “An impressive service. Calls were answered promptly-even those made at midnight-and met with honest, efficient responses.”
