Trans-Arabian Creative Communications was founded in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 1997 and has been the leading public relations agency in the Middle East's largest market for over a decade. TRACCS corporate headquarters are now located in the TRACCS Building in Jeddah where chief executive officer Mohamed Al Ayed is based and from where managing partner Sarah Al Ayed leads over 50 members of the TRACCS teams in Jeddah and the nation’s capital Riyadh, serving some of the country's largest public and private enterprises as well as many multinational clients.

TRACCS Saudi Arabia pioneered the practice of public relations in the Kingdom, introducing an increasingly sophisticated range of disciplines that have transformed the practice from what was once a promotional press release service to a mature and diversified communications offering that includes training, internal and crisis communications, issues management, CSR and public affairs. A multiple award winning agency, TRACCS has been recognized as a CSR innovator in the Kingdom through numerous community programs that have contributed to social, municipal and public policy changes. Through its sister organization, Arab Conferences Company (ARC), TRACCS Saudi Arabia organized the first conferences ever held in Saudi Arabia on public relations and corporate social responsibility. These conferences were also the first conferences on these subjects to be presented in Arabic rather than English.  In 2009 the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) ranked TRACCS Saudi Arabia 40th out of the top 100 fastest growing companies in the Kingdom and in the same year was also ranked among the top 20 companies in the Kingdom led by women for the second year running.
