Rima Termos brings to TRACCS Kuwait 15 years experience in journalism and public relations. After earning a degree in journalism from Lebanese University Beirut, she began her career in 1993 as a reporter for Al Safir newspaper covering business, social and political stories. In 1995 she moved to London to serve as a correspondent for the International Press Service and in 1997 she joined Al Khaleej Newspaper in UAE as a business reporter. Rima brought her journalistic skills to the practice of public relations as account manager for Action Global Public Relations in Kuwait in 2003 and as a senior public relations manager for Wataniya Telecom for Spot On Public Relations in 2004. As a result of her excellent work on the Wataniya account, the Kuwaiti Telecom provider brought her in-house to oversee the organization’s extensive internal and external communications agenda, including media relations, internal communications, issues management, strategic communications, speechwriting and a wide range of events. Her deep understanding of and experience with communications in Kuwait, her invaluable experience in journalism and her dedication and energy are rapidly building the TRACCS practice in the State of Kuwait.
